4×4-Kenya’s return or cancellation and refund policy is based on how close you cancel to your booking date. Canceling more than 60 days in advance incurs a 0% penalty, while canceling within 7 days—or not showing up—results in forfeiting the entire booking.
The structured cancellation and refund breakdown applies as follows:
- More than 60 days before arrival: 0% charge of the total booking value.
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 40% charge of the total booking value.
- 30 to 8 days before arrival: 50% charge of the total booking value.
- 7 days or less before arrival / No Show:100% charge of the total booking
- If your trip is shortened for any reasons and the vehicle is returned earlier than the return date, there will be no refund for unused days.
